What you\'ll do at Jamf: At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Renewal Operations Intern plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer renewals by managing exceptions within our automation processes. This position combines customer service excellence with operational problem-solving to support Jamf\'s subscription renewal lifecycle. Key aspects of this role include managing quote modifications, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating connections between customers and appropriate internal resources. You will collaborate across teams to streamline the renewal journey by creating repeatable, automated solutions to common issues. As part of this internship, the intern agrees to commit to 20 hours of work per week for the duration of the internship. Due to the requirements needed for this role, we are only able to offer this as an in-office position in Eau Claire, WI. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Eau Claire, WI and have sponsorship to live and work in the United States.
