As a principal algorithm engineer at Baxter, your work contributes directly to making a significant impact on others. As a principal algorithm engineer, you will be a member of a dedicated team of algorithm, AI/ML, and data analytic engineers that develop and improve cardiology and pulmonary measurement and interpretation methods to improve clinical patient outcomes. This position will understand clinical needs related to the signal processing and analysis of cardiology and pulmonary devices; algorithm functionality and performance requirements; constraints and trade-offs; design and interface requirements of new products being developed. You will support a component of the product design and be responsible for documentation and validation of the software inputs/outputs to ensure a safe and effective product.
