Portfolio Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Portfolio Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing critical operational functions that support portfolio delivery and governance. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems and processes.

Location: Remote (EST working hours)

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Manage project time tracking and ensure accurate resource reporting
• Process purchase orders and invoicing using Coupa and related systems
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, ensuring compliance and governance
• Handle contract management and vendor performance tracking
• Support capacity/resource planning and provide estimating for business cases

What's Needed?

• 2–5 years of experience in portfolio or project operations
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn tools like Clarity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and resource planning effectively
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
