Entry-Level It Support Technician

Are you ready to kickstart your IT career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join their PC Tech team and play a key role in an exciting office remodel initiative.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the IT support team to assist in hardware setup and workstation deployment during the office remodel.
• Ensure smooth hardware transitions and minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Support imaging and deployment tasks, with potential involvement in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration during project downtime.

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of PCs and related equipment.
• A strong sense of accountability and reliability—you're someone the team can count on.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
