Production Worker Opportunity
W&W Dairy Inc. located in Monroe, WI is hiring a production worker. The person hired for this position will be trained to perform all of the different jobs in our Production Department. Job assignments will include operating a variety cheese packaging and processing equipment. Multiple shifts available - some weekend work as needed.

Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of line duties within the manufacturing environment to include processing, machine operator, and/or break relief operator jobs (e.g., Receiver, Palletizer, Blend/Filler/CIP/Mix/Packaging/Loader operators).
- Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance repairs
- Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment on the production line
- Ensure that the proper materials are used for each product being produced
- Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment; complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run
- Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties
- Maintain communication with other departments, supervisor, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP\'s
- Review process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in the dairy or consumer goods industry. Certification and/or license - may be required during course of employment.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge of plant operations. Proficiency with company computer systems. Able to operate production equipment, components, and peripheral accessories. Able to work independently.
