The Operations Pricing Specialist will support the Transportation team by focusing on backend, tactical work. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, detail, and operational excellence, with minimal external interaction. Responsibilities include executing carrier requests and pulling data from the platform. Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews and pulling pricing for carriers. Manage support boxes and handle internal/external requests for information. Provide timely and accurate operational reporting. Support continuous improvement, quality control, and standardization efforts. Learn and apply transportation and energy industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills include 1–3 years of experience in data accuracy, order verification, or operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some flexibility. This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
