As an Operations Clerk, you will play a crucial role in upholding the organization's mission, values, and vision through daily tasks. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credentialing requirements, while providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities include managing incoming mail, providing comprehensive administrative support, maintaining organized filing systems, developing and updating internal forms, coordinating calendars, managing departmental documentation, overseeing office supply inventory, keeping shared spaces tidy, operating and maintaining office equipment, responding to information requests, contributing to projects, and providing backup support for reception duties.
Skills and qualifications required include 2 or more years' experience in the insurance industry, previous customer service experience, and knowledge of insurance principles, claims, or applications. This is a 5-day-a-week position located in the office with a schedule of 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.25/hr.
