In this role, you will represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. You will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service when processing transactions. Additionally, you will respond to members\' requests, problems, and complaints, either resolving them directly or directing members to the appropriate person for assistance. A key part of the role involves learning to recognize members\' needs for services and making appropriate referrals. You will also handle all monetary transactions for members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every interaction.
