Marketing Analyst

Our Wisconsin-based financial client is looking for a fully remote Marketing Analyst to join their team for 40 hours a week for the next 12+ months. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with the Senior Analyst to develop measurement & strategy results reporting for digital and integrated consumer facing marketing campaigns! The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis, identifying patterns, insights & trends to drive outcomes and answer key business questions
  • Analyzing current digital media, social media, field collateral, and website performance to determine marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure objectives are clear and aligned
  • Design reusable reporting templates and data visualization, refining and improving reporting development and data gathering process to reduce time and cost

The Marketing Analyst must have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with a web analytics platform and delivering channel level reporting with a marketing focus
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and KPIs across the client journey
  • Proven grasp of marketing channel classifications such as tag management, ad tech, digital marketing platform interfaces, and UTM tracking parameters
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and transform & normalize across varied but related data sets

Required Software:

  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics
  • Proficient with PowerBI or Excel
  • SQL is preferred
