Manufacturing Engineering Technician

In this role, you will assist the manufacturing supervisor by creating work instructions for wire assembly. A prior background in wire assembly and understanding how these components connect and are assembled is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating detailed work instructions for wire assembly.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production processes.
  • Utilize your knowledge of wire components to improve assembly techniques.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with wires and/or cables.
  • Experience in developing and implementing work instructions.

Work Environment:

This position is on-site, offering a hands-on experience in a great brand new facility. The environment is known for its welcoming and vibrant culture. The role is contract-based, expected to last until the end of February.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Sussex, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
