What You Will Do:

  1. Plan, design, arrange, change and optimize manufacturing processes in production, maintenance, engineering, and sales.
  2. Developing, evaluating, improving, and documenting manufacturing processes.
  3. Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
  4. Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and safety.
  5. Work closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate and implement technical training for employees.
  6. Provide support to production colleagues, while ensuring all production equipment and tooling is operating correctly.
  7. Provide engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  8. Develop and execute process improvements and capital appropriations that support cost reductions, new product development, quality & safety improvements.
  9. Confer with vendors in determining tooling and equipment specifications and arrange equipment, parts, or material purchases to support product requirements.
  10. Collaborate with Sales, Application, and Design engineering regarding new product tooling and design to ensure that we develop methods and equipment that support the customers\' requirements and manufacturability in production.
  11. Design and develop manufacturing processes and tooling/equipment for enhancements, product changes.
  12. Support Sales and Application Engineering by providing time studies and gathering equipment/tooling requirements for new programs and changes to existing programs.
