Join our dynamic team where you'll assist on Flexo machines, working as an assistant operator. These machines are responsible for folding, stacking, and packaging corrugated boxes. You will primarily be involved in loading and unloading tasks, feeding raw cardboard material into the machines. The role offers variety with opportunities for cross-training, and involves lifting 20-40 lbs consistently.
Assist in operating Flexo machines for folding, stacking, and packaging boxes. Engage in loading and unloading tasks at the front of the machines. Feed raw cardboard material into the machine efficiently. Perform daily machine setups and adjustments. Consistently lift 20-40 lbs as part of the role. Read and utilize tape measures to prepare materials accurately. Stay open to cross-training and adapt to varying daily tasks.
1+ years of recent machine operating experience, preferably in paper, plastic, or food manufacturing industries. 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Ability to consistently lift 30-40 lbs. Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.
