Harley-Davidson is currently recruiting for a new Lead Retail Sales Associate at Harley-Davidson's Corporate Museum in the heart of Milwaukee's historic downtown. Visitors come to the Harley-Davidson Museum from all over the world to explore the rich history associated with this iconic American brand. For many, visiting "The Shop" to buy a souvenir from their visit can enhance that experience. The Lead Retail Sales Associate is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The Lead Retail Sales Associate is an integral member of our Museum team, responsible for day to day operations in The Shop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone.
• Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner.
• Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment.
• Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise.
• No set schedule. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and some evenings and holidays when needed.
• Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (Must be 18 years or older)

Experience Requirements:

• Two years of previous experience in a customer experience, sales or retail work environment
• Ability to understand and resolve visitor questions or issues while keeping the organization's goals in mind
• Demonstrated ability to co-lead a team.
