Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently seeking a Lead Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center. Aspen Center is our first medically monitored CBRF facility in Waukesha County offering affordable comprehensive addictions treatment for both men and women in Waukesha County. The program supports 22 residents and offers a variety of amenities to our residents like workout areas, a gorgeous kitchen, quiet rooms, and recreational space.

Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors). This is a Full Time, benefits eligible 2nd Shift opportunity working Tuesday-Saturday.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• May provide administrative support to the program, i.e. coding of receipts, auditing for regulatory compliance, assist with curriculum development, other administrative tasks
• May assist Program Supervisor with on-call responsibilities and shift coverage, staff scheduling, facilitating staff meetings in Supervisor\'s absence
• Assist Program Supervisor with training of staff members and compliance with shift tasks
• Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents within established policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling
• Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents and maintains records and reports as required
• Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
