As an IT Plant Support Analyst, you'll be the go-to technical resource for both plant operations and corporate offices, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and meet performance standards. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
What you'll do:
Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM, first shift
Onsite: 100% onsite with occasional remote on-call support
Contract: 6 months with potential extension (previous contractor stayed 18 months)
2–3 years of IT support experience (manufacturing environment preferred), Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, Excellent time management and resourcefulness, Familiarity with service management tools and documentation best practices
