What you\'ll do at Jamf: The IT DevOps Engineer II is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation, deployment, and monitoring solutions that support reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery. This role works across development, operations, and QA teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure system stability across environments. This role is expected to take initiative in improving DevOps processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the architecture and performance of deployment systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical acumen, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role is offered as remote. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. We are only able to accept applications for those based near Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin Texas areas.

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance visibility.
• Responsible for supporting Kubernetes
• Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to increase delivery speed and reduce manual effort.
• Support and maintain secure environments, following DevSecOps practices and compliance standards.
• Participate in incident response and contribute to root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
• Mentor DevOps Engineer I team members and share best practices for automation and cloud.
