The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating profitable, proactive after-sales revenue through a mix of sales calls leveraging our installed base and hosting customers at Nordson EDI headquarters. The role will actively migrate our customer base (Top and Bottom) from Bottom to Top Products through creative, value-added initiatives and profitably maximize aftermarket revenue from our Top Customers while focusing on simplifying processes and offerings. This role will maintain and expand the share of the wallet among Top Customers, working closely to identify profitable growth opportunities within our customer base.
