The Grande Engagement and Communications team is excited to offer a summer 2026 internship opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, or Psychology. This internship provides hands-on, project-based experience in key areas such as researching and creating a proposal for a volunteer framework, supporting pulse surveys, mapping onboarding processes across the network to propose enhancements, assisting with listening strategy, supporting internal engagement events, supporting internal communication tool and running metrics on utilization to provide recommendations for enhancements. Interns will gain valuable exposure to cultural engagement and internal communications while sharpening essential professional skills including collaboration, customer focus, independent and team-based work, attention to detail, time management, and workplace professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully while growing personally and professionally in a dynamic HR environment.
