Seneca Foods, Janesville WI, is currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities include:

  • Processing of leave claims - FMLA, WC
  • Managing leave claims - follow up with employees, assist with claim processing and issues
  • Assist in staffing needs
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Assist with payroll
  • Administrative support in the HR Office

Qualifications:

  • Associates in HR field preferred
  • 3-5 years HR experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills a must
  • SAP experience helpful, Excel and Word needed
  • Bilingual preferred
