We\'re hiring a licensed cosmetology professional (cosmetologist / hair stylist) who wants a busy, professional, full-service salon environment with real paid training and a clear path to grow. • Week 12: standards, service flow, and hands-on coaching to build strong fundamentals
• Weeks 34: increasing service volume with real-time feedback on consults, timing, and finishing
• Weeks 58: building consistency and speed with targeted coaching based on your growth areas
• Everyone attends HSA: our week-long Supercuts Hair Stylist Academy with intensive haircut training and typically 10+ live models
• Ongoing: continued coaching and in-salon education days throughout the year

What you\'ll do:

• Deliver great guest service: consultation, execution, finishing, and recommendations
• Provide a range of services based on your current ability (and expand as you grow)
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional workstation and follow sanitation standards
• Work as part of a supportive team (we coach in the moment and raise the standard together)

What we\'re looking for:

• Active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license (or nearing licensure with a clear timeline)
• Professional guest communication and a team-first mindset
• Coachable and committed to consistent quality
• Reliability matters: strong attendance and respect for the schedule

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available depending on location and role. We\'ll talk about what you need and what each salon can offer.
