Field Service Technician I

The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the clean-up and transportation of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. This position involves performing various tasks including loading and unloading tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, complete inspection of equipment, hoses and connections, and performing confined space entry. The Field Technician I will operate a variety of equipment including pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts, and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements, and all local, state, and federal laws.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handling, packaging, and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials.
• Use of hydro blast equipment, forklift, skid loader, and specialty vacuum equipment and/or other equipment as needed.
• Completion of critical path documentation; manifests, driver logs, job summary, permits, etc.
• Communicate with Project Manager and on-site customers.
• Daily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation.
