Your leadership extends beyond your direct team as you also oversee third-party contractors, ensuring that everyone is aligned, efficient, and focused on exceeding customer expectations. What success looks like:

• Lead, develop, and inspire teams of technicians-driving performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate across functions and manage contractors to meet customer requirements and ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
• Monitor project profitability by tracking costs, optimizing technician utilization, and ensuring efficient resource management.
• Champion quality with in-field audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement of technician and subcontractor performance.
• Elevate customer satisfaction by building processes that deliver consistent, high-quality results and measurable business impact.
• Resolve challenges with collaboration-partnering with peers and stakeholders to address internal and external concerns quickly and effectively.

Qualifications that shine:

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering, with a solid technical foundation.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing technical personnel (preferred)-a great opportunity to build on your supervisory skills.
