The Field Engineering team plays a crucial role in enhancing public safety by deploying Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems (RMS). They handle all on-premise hardware and equipment installations for government and municipal projects, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and promote efficient standardization and reuse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and executing customer installation activities within agreed upon project timeframes.
• Verifying the complete functionality and readiness of systems for software deployment.
• Conducting routine system tasks like software updates, system upgrades, data backup/restoration, and troubleshooting.
• Gaining a deep understanding of public safety customer environments to ensure optimal product security and reliability.
• Demonstrating proficient software and IP networking skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Deliver solutions that align with existing products, standard interfaces, and pre-defined procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
