We're seeking a Facility Services Specialist to work at a premier client in Oconomowoc, WI 53066. Pay rate: $20.00/hrs. On W2. Job Duration: 12 months. Shift: 1st Shift (Mon to Fri) Hour: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
This is a facilities position, so the job entails light maintenance such as chair assembly, dock management, mail delivery. This position also requires a high level of customer interaction from C level to office staff. Good communications skills are a must along with some PC skills as well. They will be responsible for retrieving tickets form the Service Now system and then completing the requests in a timely manner and reporting back to the client when complete. Someone who is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, small repairs such as chair assembly and some dock work is required as well. Lifting 50 pounds no extensive walking.
Education and Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Valid Drivers' License required. Ability to walk, stand, kneel, and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to be flexible and to be a team-member is a must. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal communication and instructions. Ability to work independently on multiple projects involving different customer groups. Ability to work as a team member in balancing workloads and pending tasks that need to be completed within a given timeline. PC Literate. Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc.
