Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking an EVS AIDE to join our ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES team! The Environmental Services Aide provides a clean and bacteriologically safe environment for patients, visitors and staff at the hospital. Must be able to follow all applicable policies, procedures, schedules, sanitation and safety requirements.

Hours: Supplemental 0.5 FTE, 40 hours biweekly

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and practices normally acquired through a demonstrated ability to read, write, and remember/follow verbal or written instructions.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent beneficial.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping department beneficial.
• Must be able to participate in 10 minutes of general stretching exercises at the beginning of each shift.
