As Director of Sales for Associated Investment Services (AIS), you\'ll lead a talented team of Financial Advisors across multiple markets, expand our market share, and elevate our Private Wealth brand. This is a high-visibility role, working directly with our AIS CEO and bank leadership to execute a bold growth strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Drive growth strategies that expand our Private Wealth presence across multiple markets.
• Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients into higher wealth segments.
• Collaborate with regional managers and bank executives to align sales campaigns, business development, and training.
• Champion a culture of compliance, ethics, and client-first service.
• Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within key markets.
• Integrate efforts across investments, trust, insurance, and legal to deliver holistic client solutions.

Education & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of success in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales leadership
• 7+ years leading sales teams in high-performance environments
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses
• Life & Health insurance license
• Preferred: Experience driving integrated wealth and banking growth strategies
• Proven record of expanding client relationships into higher wealth segments
