Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to work on a team of six other DTS Techs to provide onsite support to the 400+ users, primarily at the Public Safety Building, but also at four other sites, all within 2-3 miles of their primary site. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Desktop Support Tech for a similar sized organization, using SCCM or Intune to image machines, push up software patches/updates, swapped up hardware, set up new users, etc. Hours are 8-5, M-F with very little in any overtime, and no off-hours support. This role is a long-term contract that, if another team member retires/quits could become a permanent role, but otherwise would strictly be a contract.
