Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive and detail-oriented customer service while addressing technical issues and resolving end-user concerns.
  • Configure and deploy new laptops, including imaging and setup, ensuring compatibility with Windows 11.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets using Fresh Service or similar ticketing systems.
  • Perform password resets and troubleshoot login-related issues efficiently.
  • Install, organize, and maintain cabling to ensure a clean and presentable workspace for users.
  • Assist with troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • Support Active Directory tasks, including account management and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and system updates.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for Intune and other Microsoft technologies as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
    • Expertise in desktop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Office Suite, and Teams.
    • Familiarity with Fresh Service or similar ticketing systems.
    • Strong attention to detail, especially in cabling and workspace organization.
    • Solid understanding of Active Directory and password reset procedures.
    • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a detail-oriented and level-headed demeanor.
    • Experience with Intune and other Microsoft tools is preferred.
