Answer questions on products, pricing, and the parameters of doing business with Bradley; point of contact for international customers, distributors, and representatives. Review customer requests for quotes and process orders. Promote the company and products to all external contacts.

You will: Assist international customers with product inquiries, pricing, and lead time questions, and other general inquiries. Provide support to international representative firms, wholesalers, and distributors. Assist with quotes, order processing, freight estimates, expedites and other requests. Review requests for quotes and any related drawings. Work with International Sales Managers, estimating team and/or engineering team on product specifications. Follow standard pricing guidelines. Work with freight forwarders and carriers to obtain freight.
