We\'re looking for customer service phone agents to join a dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others over the phone and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Agents will handle inbound calls for industries such as medical offices, service companies, property management, and law offices.

What You\'ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We\'re Looking For:

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bilingual candidates a plus
• Customer service or healthcare experience helpful but not required

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time, part-time, and split-shift options
• Full-Time Shifts: 62, 73, 106, 128, 210
• Split Shifts: 610 AM & 48 PM
• Part-Time & Weekend Options: 48 PM, 610 AM, 612 PM, 711 AM
• Mandatory weekends: every Saturday or Sunday, or every other Saturday and Sunday
