Job Requirements: Serve as a key customer contact, taking orders over the phone and verifying web orders received via email. Accurately enter customer orders and updates into our system, ensuring all information is complete and correct. Learn our order management system to handle the full life cycle of an order from entry to delivery. Communicate with customers and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. Use Microsoft Office programs for communication, tracking, and reporting. Assist with general office duties and support daily operations. Cross-train in picking, packing, and shipping processes to help the team as needed.
Other Experience and Qualifications: A strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems. Quick to learn new systems and processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and details. Personable, dependable, and comfortable in a small, team-oriented environment. Adaptable and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Preference given to candidates with warehouse or manufacturing customer service/clerical experience.
