Controls Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Project Engineer to join our expanding business. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and integrating industrial automation solutions across various industries, including food processing, water/wastewater, mechanized machinery, and drive systems. This role offers the unique opportunity to apply industrial automation over a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design custom control solutions for industrial machinery and process equipment in collaboration with customers.
• Lead the execution of assigned projects.
• Develop PLC programs and create HMI screens and SCADA solutions.
• Conduct factory system tests prior to shipment.
• Create circuit diagrams using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Select hardware and generate a bill of materials (BOM).
• Design panel layouts for hardware components.
• Travel to site for inspection and system commissioning.
• Develop and improve engineering standards.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
