Position Description: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead plays a key role in driving operational excellence across new and existing plant sites. As a workstream lead within the Program Management Office (PMO), this individual will be deployed to startup facilities to implement CI tools, processes, and cultural practices that support scalable, efficient operations. The CI Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams within the plant to ensure that lean principles, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies are embedded into the launch and ramp-up phases of new programs. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and change management, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
