Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Commodity Manager to lead the global sourcing strategy for Indirect services. This role is a part of the Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing Organization within our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) business function. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver world-class supplier performance in quality, service, cost, working capital, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and proven experience in indirect sourcing and supplier negotiations across a global footprint. This role reports to the Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect Services and you will work from either Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities within Indirect Sourcing.
2. Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal value and performance.
3. Collaborate with Business Unit stakeholders such as Engineering, Legal, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with Rockwell\'s Strategic Framework.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.
5. Lead should-cost modeling, pricing analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
6. Drive supplier negotiations to achieve best-in-class commercial terms, service levels, and long-term value creation.
7. Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
8. Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
9. Support make vs. buy decisions, outsourcing strategies, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
