Duties include serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish speaking clients for service department to communicate in client's primary language. Schedule service appointments; obtain client and vehicle data prior to arrival, when possible; greet clients in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Input vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order and coordinate test drive with technician or quality control department, as needed. Advise client on care of automobiles and the value of maintaining the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications including review of prior maintenance history and recommend service as needed. Communicate with client regarding cost estimate for labor and parts; keep client informed of repair process throughout the day. Review and update repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorizations are noted; close out repair order accordingly. Explain to client completed work and all charges as listed. Ensure all client dissatisfaction, problems or major changes are resolved prior to client leaving the facility.
Other experience and qualifications: Ability to speak Spanish and English with 6 months prior automotive service experience.
