We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to play a defining role in shaping the future of our restaurants, driving flawless execution, breakthrough performance, and unforgettable guest experiences.

You'll be a key force in ensuring our restaurants reach their full potential — creating unforgettable guest experiences, smashing performance targets, and embedding a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
What you'll do
- Lead transformative operational excellence projects that elevate restaurant performance and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Work side-by-side with Operations and Restaurant Managers to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and bring innovative solutions to life.
- Create and launch gold-standard operating procedures, toolkits, and best practices that ensure every site runs with consistency and excellence.
- Turn data into action by analysing KPIs, uncovering trends, and driving smart, informed decisions.
- Inspire and empower teams through hands-on coaching, training, and guidance that embed new ways of working.
- Unite cross-functional partners — from Training and Marketing to Supply Chain and Finance — to deliver seamless, high-impact projects.
- Be the champion of continuous improvement, sharing insights, sparking ideas, and celebrating success stories that raise the bar across the business.
What we're looking for
- You'll bring 3+ years of experience in operations or project management ideally within the fast-moving worlds of retail, hospitality, or QSR where you've learned how to balance pace with precision.
- You've already proven yourself in an operations, project, or process improvement role, thriving in multi-site environments where no two days are the same.
- You're a natural problem-solver, turning data and insights into clear, actionable improvements that make a real impact on performance.
- You're a confident communicator and influencer, able to engage operators at every level and bring people with you on the journey of change.

- Head of Operations Excellence – shaping strategy and driving performance.
- District & Market Managers – partnering closely to bring projects to life in our restaurants.
- Supply Chain, IT & Finance teams – ensuring seamless integration of processes, systems, and cost efficiencies.
- Learning & Development team – embedding training and coaching that set our teams up for success.
- Marketing & Guest Experience teams – aligning initiatives to elevate the brand and delight every guest.
