About the Team
Finance and accounting at Clari forms the backbone of strategic decision-making by employing rigorous analysis, relevant reporting, and sound financial management. We support Clari’s profitable growth and empower every department to optimize their operations in service of running revenue for all B2B companies.
About the Role
FP&A at Clari is responsible for constructing and monitoring progress against Clari’s long-range financial plan. Through developing strategic relationships with the business, the FP&A team enables true partnership and integrated planning. Distilling complex ideas into actionable recommendations, driving cross-functional alignment, and creatively solving problems are key attributes of those who have found success on the FP&A team. You will be a champion of driving technology and scaling initiatives to remove bottlenecks from our processes. This is an opportunity to join Clari at a critical stage as we continue to drive momentum within our core market and invest in product expansion and growth.
Clari is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with our Sales and Marketing functions. This role will enable our leadership team to make more effective investment and planning decisions in service of revenue growth.
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the West or Central time zone.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to help drive the long-range revenue plan and investment strategy
- Own all modeling, forecasting, reporting, and assignment of Clari’s bookings plan and top-of-funnel metrics
- Own the segment-level P&L; Financial metrics (CAC / Payback, GM%, etc.), cost allocation methodology, and forecasting
- Track marketing performance against the most relevant industry-wide KPIs and partner with leadership on investment strategy
- Develop reporting and own cadence of distribution for performance against Plan, inclusive of recommendations
- Partner with Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and other GTM Leaders to develop a clear perspective on channel and program ROI
- Own Finance processes such as headcount, operating plan, and long-range planning for the Sales and Marketing teams in our financial planning software (Pigment)
Qualifications
- 7+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field
- Experience in Sales & Marketing finance at a high growth, SaaS environment preferred
- Ability to influence Sales & Marketing leadership through sound analysis and communication
- Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills
- Salesforce and Tableau experience are highly preferred
- Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment experiences are highly preferred

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $116,300 to $174,400. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
