- The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for targeting, opening, and closing new accounts within a national territory.
- This role involves pitching and demonstrating Clari's platform to sales leaders and executives, including VPs and CFOs.
- The candidate will self-source and manage large commercial deals from the initial call to closing.
- Collaboration with the Marketing team on targeted demand-generation campaigns is a key responsibility.
- The role requires executing MEDDIC and/or Challenger Sale best practices to create satisfied and referenceable customers.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in sales, particularly in strategic software selling.
- A proven track record of successfully opening and closing new accounts with annual contract values ranging from $150k to $300k is essential.
- The candidate should possess a hunter mentality, demonstrating the ability to self-source pipeline effectively.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth selling environment is required, along with managing sales cycles of 6-9 months.
- The successful individual will have experience working cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
