The Social Media Manager / Video Editor – Talent Marketing is responsible for managing and growing the company's talent-facing social media presence while creating engaging video and visual content that strengthens employer branding and attracts applicants. This role combines social media strategy, content planning, brand storytelling, and video editing to promote the company as an employer of choice.
This person will lead the execution of recruitment-focused social media campaigns, create and edit short-form and long-form video content, and ensure that all digital content aligns with the company's brand, hiring priorities, and audience interests. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, highly organized, and capable of turning recruitment goals into compelling digital content.

1. Social Media Management
Manage the company's talent marketing and recruitment-facing social media pages.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with recruitment campaigns, hiring priorities, events, and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience activity related to recruitment campaigns.
Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding, tone, and employer value proposition.
2. Video Editing and Content Production
Create, edit, and produce videos for recruitment marketing, employer branding, and applicant attraction campaigns.
Develop content such as:
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand-aligned content optimized for digital platforms.
Add captions, transitions, effects, branding elements, and audio enhancements where appropriate.
Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific video cuts.
3. Employer Branding Content
Help build and maintain a strong employer brand presence across social media channels.
Create content that promotes company culture, career opportunities, employee success stories, benefits, work setup, and recruitment events.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing teams to turn hiring needs into creative campaigns.
Ensure social media content supports brand recognition and applicant generation goals.
4. Campaign Execution and Growth
Support recruitment drives, university partnerships, job fairs, caravans, and hiring campaigns through social media and video assets.
Identify trends, content formats, and social media opportunities that can improve reach and engagement.
Recommend ways to improve content performance, audience growth, and applicant conversion through digital campaigns.
Track performance of content and campaigns using social media insights and analytics.
5. Content Coordination and Asset Management
Coordinate with internal teams for content requests, approvals, revisions, and campaign requirements.
Organize video files, templates, brand assets, raw footage, and published content for easy access and reuse.
Maintain an archive of recruitment marketing content and editable assets.
Ensure timely turnaround of requested social media materials and video outputs.
