And we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound sales to potential healthcare customers. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent communication to help grow the client's business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status.
  • Nurture and warm up leads through consistent communication.

Tools & Platforms Required

  • Microsoft Office (Teams & Outlook)
  • RingCentral
  • HubSpot
  • Healthcare CRM (optional)

Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare industry
  • Experience with Medicaid patients is a plus
  • Has experience in cold calling and sending out emails to sell to potential customers
  • CRM Management

Technical Requirements

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
