Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting to qualification, proposal, and contract closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to each client's business challenges and operational needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment on expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service scope in coordination with leadership and legal teams.
- Provide feedback on client objections, pricing trends, and market insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Wing's solutions, value propositions, and differentiators.
- Represent Wing professionally at client meetings, virtual events, and industry engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, ideally within SaaS, outsourcing, or managed services.
- Proven record of exceeding high-value quotas (USD 20,000+/month or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and modern sales tools.
- Self-starter with high accountability, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining precision in pipeline forecasting and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to US, UK, or AU markets.
- Familiarity with remote staffing, virtual assistant services, or workforce-as-a-service models.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools, lead scoring systems, and data-driven prospecting.
- Strategic thinker capable of designing personalized engagement approaches for enterprise or SMB clients.
