To provide general logistics and warehouse processing services to wholesale warehouse operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse management team
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and inventory control
• Utilize ACP to monitor customer orders and provide systemic updates
• Implement and maintain efficient shipping and receiving processes in coordination with the customer and their distributors
• Collaborate with the distribution center to optimize logistics operations
• Coordinate wholesale inbound Purchase Orders between customer and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate wholesale outbound orders with customer and customer's distributors.
• Prioritize orders to ensure customers' "need by" dates are met.
• Coordinate with transportation to select carrier and service level to meet customers' requests and minimize costs.
• Complete required shipping documents and/or computer entry.
• Contact carrier to arrange pick-up and delivery.
• Trace lost or delayed shipments.
• Support customers with inbound shipping by providing packing advice and selecting and scheduling carriers.
• Coordinate with operations inbound department on incoming shipments against purchase orders and note damaged and/or missing goods. Communicate variances with customers.
• Perform clerical functions as needed to maintain warehouse wholesale operations.
• Receive and dispense supply inventory.
• Monitor inventory control systems to help ensure proper inventory levels.
