Mantle Squad Americas Role
Mantle is expanding its presence in the Americas and is looking for a highly motivated contributor to join the Mantle Squad Americas. This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week) designed for individuals who are deeply embedded in the North America crypto ecosystem and excited to help grow Mantle's brand, community, and market presence. As a core member of the Americas squad, you will play a key role in shaping Mantle's narrative, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts across North America. You'll collaborate closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners while executing impactful initiatives tailored to the US audience.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Community Growth & Operations - Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle's presence in North America - Identify and build collaboration with top-tier media, KOLs, and distribution channels - Support execution of growth strategies to retail, INS, and dev communities
- Founder Story & Narrative Building - Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives for the US market - Collaborate on storytelling across social, editorial, and partner channels - Position Mantle effectively within the broader North America web3 and L2 landscape
- GTM & Offline Event Support - Plan and execute North America go-to-market campaigns - Support IRL activations, industry events, and community meetups - Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and ecosystem campaigns
