The Role
Collaborate and communicate effectively with client services teams and shared service centers.
Work closely with the Operations team, providing specialist technical advisory support to ensure alignment between policies and procedures, including support with compliance matters.
Compile and verify data from various sources, including reinsurance policies, proposals, and software tools.
Monitor, review, and report on billing and accounting information, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
Analyze, clarify, and resolve queries from internal and external clients, applying established policies and exercising discretion within authority limits.
Maintain regular interaction with cedents, reinsurers, and third parties, to understand their needs and provide timely support regarding operational, administrative, and technical matters.
Support brokers with the preparation of endorsements, follow-up on subjectivities, and updates to internal and external systems.
The Requirements
Advanced English proficiency.
Computer skills, including systems, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Basic knowledge in financial mathematics.
Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer Service orientation.
High level to teamwork.
Strong critical analysis skills.
At least one (1) year of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector, especially in technical areas or claims.
