Motorhome Sales Specialist (Luxury Segment)

Join our team at Wilkins RV, a Top 50 Nationwide RV Dealer, as we expand our luxury motorized division at our state-of-the-art Waterloo, NY facility. This is not a typical RV sales role. We are seeking a polished, high-performing professional to represent our premium Class A and Class C motorhomes, delivering a high-end, consultative experience to customers investing in the RV lifestyle at the highest level.

As demand continues to increase, we're building a team to support higher volumes and elevate our presence in the luxury motorhome market. If you have experience selling high-value products or are ready to step into a more sophisticated sales environment, this is a unique opportunity to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide customers through the purchase of luxury motorhomes with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Deliver an exceptional, elevated experience from first contact to final delivery
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, high-intent buyers
  • Develop expertise in premium motorized inventory, financing, and closing strategies
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure a seamless ownership experience
