What You'll Responsible For:

• Track and notify the department of due dates for Vessel Manager visits, inspections, surveys, and reports.
• Maintain vessel manuals, drawings, certificates, and records of circulars issued to vessels.
• Assist in vessel takeover, handover, flag-change, and dry-docking activities.
• Monitor and follow up on monthly and quarterly vessel reports, defect lists, and inspection closures.
• Manage and monitor PMS, critical maintenance items, and maintenance documentation through Bassnet.
• Monitor critical spare-parts inventory for fleet vessels and follow up on discrepancies.
• Compile and analyze maintenance, inspection, and operational data from Bassnet and Docmap for management reporting.
• Support Vessel Managers in inventory management and maintenance documentation improvements within Bassnet.
• Assist the General Manager in preparing projects, budgets, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate meetings, reporting inputs, and liaison with internal departments (Finance, HR, IT, Admin) and key stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support as assigned by the General Manager.

What Experience and Skills Required:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in a related or similar role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet reporting deadlines.
