What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring outgoing invoices, debt notes, credit notes and statement of accounts for the accounts under her/his charge are prepared correctly and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Review the invoices of customers' accounts assigned to his/her to ensure invoices are correctly dispatched in accordance with the agreed arrangements
• Assisting the superior in other designated or non-routine task.
• Any ad hoc tasks that required by superior.

What Experience and Skills Required:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and quality in task execution.

Please note that this is a contractual position with an initial tenure of six (6) months; extension for an additional three (3) months will be considered based on satisfactory performance.
