Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Shifts to start late January. Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends and holidays. Schedule varies and subject to change through the spring and summer.

Essential duties may include:

• Processing advance bookings and ticket sales for all parks
• Ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of products available at the individual parks, including special offers
• Supporting the sales strategy by assisting with outbound calls and telemarketing
• Answering incoming Group Sales telephone lines & email correspondence.
• Processing payments and ensuring that ticket orders are accurately fulfilled.
• Providing administrative and operational support to ensure the department runs smoothly.
