About The Role…

We are currently looking for a Sales Country Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling our presence across the Americas. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the sales process, proven experience in managing and growing teams, and the capability to build and execute a successful go-to-market strategy across a diverse region.

Are you up for the challenge?

What You Will Do…

  1. Lead revenue generation and growth initiatives for the Americas region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to accelerate growth.
  2. Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage pipelines, nurture prospects, and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure partners are fully equipped with the resources needed to drive growth.
  3. Develop and execute a GTM strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams. Align marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize reach, drive engagement, and capture market share.
  4. Oversee and support multiple teams across the Americas. Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure team members have the tools and skills needed to succeed. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  5. Work in partnership with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure an optimal customer experience. Advocate for the Americas region internally to align resources and support as needed.
  6. Continuously assess the market, identifying opportunities for expansion and areas for improvement. Adapt strategies as needed to respond to changes in market conditions, competitor activities, or partner needs.

What You Will Bring…

  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role with multi-team management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. Experience in growing and scaling sales teams is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in navigating diverse business environments in North, Central, and South America, with an understanding of cultural, regulatory, and economic factors.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, use data to inform decisions, and balance short-term objectives with long-term growth.
  • Strong communicator capable of representing Wildix to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Able to build lasting relationships and influence outcomes at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
