We are currently looking for a Sales Country Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling our presence across the Americas. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the sales process, proven experience in managing and growing teams, and the capability to build and execute a successful go-to-market strategy across a diverse region.

Interview Process
Step 1: Initial Screening β A chat with our Talent Team to understand your background, experience, and motivations. (45 minutes)
Step 2: Technical/Role-Specific Interview β A deep dive with your potential manager to assess your skills and fit for the role. (1 hour)
Step 3: Final Interview with the Chief Commercial Officer and another member of the leadership team. We expect you to prepare a 30-60-90 day plan. More information will be shared during the hiring process!
