Responsible for Service Center Branch performance including creating and executing the service business plan, ensuring branch profitability, and management of the service technicians and branch associates. Plans and implements strategies to facilitate continuous improvement and provide sound leadership for the workforce.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
• Manage the Service Center branch operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, productivity and customer service are met.
• Conduct repairs on industry tools and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate Repair Technician daily workflow.
• Work with Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities for repair service and make joint sales calls with Account Managers.
• Analyze and evaluate costs and budget and conduct forecasting to understand branch progress towards sales goals and objectives.
• Work with Pricing and Sales teams to conduct negotiations with vendors.
• Manage, train, and develop branch staff and anticipate staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
